Administrative Department
The administration department is headed by the Director of Administration, is the department that is responsible for the general running of the organization. It is mandated to provide administrative and logistical assistance to all departments of the organization.
Operations Department
The operations department is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company, which may include planning, supervising and organizing all activities of the company.

Logistics Department
Overseeing shipping and handling, Project development, Inventory management, Studies of supply and demand, Incoming and outgoing shipment processing
Engineering Department
Engineering department broadly is responsible for the design, drawing, codes, specification of material required, quantity and quality of components procured. Now, let’s look at their roles in a manufacturing company.
